Maybe it's just me, but I simply cannot call my child by his name. I'm always playing around with funny little nicknames. There is something about babies and toddlers that compels me to compare them to foodstuffs and stuffed animals. Peanut, sweet pea, jujubee and monchhichi are just a sampling.
Quirky as I can be, I can honestly say though that I have never looked at my child and thought "Hey, when Jude smiles like that, he kind of reminds me of a whoopee cushion."
Apparently someone who designs children's costumes has, however.
This has got to be the most hilarious and bizarre costume idea I've yet to encounter. It just doesn't get any better than this in my funny little corner of the world.
