Mozartkugel

I recently learned about this controversial thing called the "Mozart Effect". Jude is obviously not going to become President now since I dropped the ball on this bit of musical baby brain-building. Oh well, I don't think I could pass the background checks required for White House access anyway.

Nonetheless, this Mozartkugel Music Box will be making a late entry into our home based solely on its beauty and simplicity. If it can perform grey matter miracles too, BONUS!

Pastel Rainbow Unicorn Kids T-Shirt

I recently saw this crazy t-shirt on Threadless. I absolutely adore it but lack the  cojones to wear something so in-your-face.

Apparently Jude has picked up on my subliminal rainbow/unicorn facination. The other day while driving, he says out of nowhere, "Momma, rainbows are a bitch".

Ah, out of the mouth of babes... My latest shopping inspiration had arrived.

For the last two days I've been questing after ironic unicorn and rainbow t-shirts. Apparently not many people like to dress their children like smartasses, so it has been very challenging to find the right balance of sweet and sour.

My journey ended with this gem from Cafe Press. The designer statement sealed the deal:
